About Us

We are not really Farmers. And they are not really Clouds, even though they look and feel a lot like them.  In fact,  a Samoyeds is very like a fluffy cumulus, the kind a child lying on the grass may find familiar and beloved shapes within … perhaps one that looks exactly like a puppy!

 

Located in Old Town Louisville, Colorado, our family became enamored of the Samoyed breed years ago. Their gorgeous and majestic appearance, as well as their cuddly personalities, are a heart-warming combination.

 

These majestic piles of fluff on four legs were literally brought up to snuggle. Thousands of years back, the nomadic Samoyede tribes of northern Siberia bred these working dogs to herd reindeer, pull sleds, and to cuddle up with their human families against the sub-zero, arctic climate. A Samoyed is intensely bonded with its human family, and is bred to get along extremely well with other dogs and animals.

 

Recently our own dreams came true when we were able to adopt the most wonderful Cloud-like Samoyeds from Europe. These Clouds  have champion lineage, as well as Russian and Ukrainian bloodlines.

 

We expect to see fluffy, wee Clouds mid-June of 2026, and can’t wait to watch them grow, and share them with you.
